Notes:

Overnight Service Surcharge

  • For all arrival services, 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA).
  • For all departure services, 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Departure (STD).

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation received in writing at least 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), full refund will be arranged.
  • For cancellation received in writing within 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), no any refund will be arranged.
  • No refund will be arranged for no-shows.

Amendment Fee

  • For amendment request received in writing at least 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), no extra fee will be charged.
  • For amendment request received in writing within 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), a 25% surcharge of the total price will be charged.

Electric Buggy Service

  • The shuttle services are restricted to enter the area that included the gate 1-4, 15-19, North Satellite Terminal 501-530 and Midfield Concourse 201-219; due to level differences and safety reasons.                
  • If the shuttle service is reserved as “per seat”, there may be few minutes waiting time and you may have to share the same shuttle with other passengers from the same flight. Or you may consider to book a private charter shuttle. Worldwide Flight Services reserves the right to make final decision on all services to be performed should there be any disputes.

Others

  • If there are extra costs incurred for extra services/passengers requested on the spot, the extra fee will be charged after service completion. Please be reminded that all ad-hoc services are subject to availability.
  • If you do not accept the above arrangement, please advise us by email to concierge@worldwideflight.com.hk before service or put it at remarks on this page , so additionally requested services will not be arranged.
