Overnight Service Surcharge

  • For all arrival services, 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA).
  • For all departure services, 50% surcharge will apply to services scheduled to take place from 00:01 to 05:59 hours (Hong Kong times) based on the flight's Scheduled Time of Departure (STD).
  • Overnight Service Surcharge is not reflected in the total fee shown on this page and the following booking confirmation page. This surcharge will be reflected at the payment charged to your credit card and the receipt from us.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation received in writing at least 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), full refund will be arranged.
  • For cancellation received in writing within 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), no any refund will be arranged.
  • No refund will be arranged for no-shows.

Amendment Fee

  • For amendment request received in writing at least 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), no extra fee will be charged.
  • For amendment request received in writing within 48 hours before the service time (STA/STD), a 25% surcharge of the total price will be charged.
